Choosing a double board-certified surgeon for my breast augmentation was of the most importance to me. Once I did my research and found Dr. Kim, I knew that she was the MD that I wanted to do my surgery. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice of surgeon. We had 3 consultations with different doctors and Dr. Kim was our last one. She ended up being mine and my husband’s favorite doctor, so we made an appointment that day. She is professional and knows what she is talking about. Very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. Her staff is friendly, and her office is very clean. She also has the surgery center there, so you don’t have to go somewhere else. She will tell you the truth and not sugar coat stuff just to get you to do something so she can get your money. I am two weeks PO for a breast augmentation I had done with Dr. Kim. I never leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience I had to leave one. The staff is so friendly. Nurse Lindsey was super awesome at calming my nerves during surgery day, but what I really want to touch on is Dr. Kim....I had decided I wanted 375cc implants and when I had woken up Dr. Kim said she had to go up to 415cc I was super nervous but I soon realized Dr. Kim is a PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Kim did my breast augmentation surgery in January of 2009. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results! This is something I have wanted to do for 20 years and I have to say it was worth the wait! I was a 37 year old mother of 2 teenagers and newly remarried (within 6 months) when I finished my chemo and was ready for my mastectomy and reconstruction. I had interviewed with 2 other reconstruction surgeons who were noted to be top in the field but I did not feel comfortable with them because they treated me like a number. Then, I found Dr. Kim and from the first minute, she made me feel like I had known her forever and that she genuinely cared about me. I had an immediate DIEP Flap and nipple reconstruction, and am now finishing up with my tattooing. I have now had both my 6 month check up with my Breast Oncologist, who is noted as the best in the state, and my Gynecological Oncologist, who is also noted as one of the best in the state. They both have remarked that my now reconstructed breasts are the best they have ever seen, and are now referring to Dr. Kim as well. All of her staff are awesome and continue to make me feel like part of the family each and every time I walk in the door. I have visited a few plastic surgeons over the last 4 years since my weight loss. I just never felt comfortable enough with any of them to make the commitment to complete the final phase of my journey.
